Request deletion of your data
To request deletion of your goLoadout account and associated data, email hr@kekronconsulting.com with the subject “goLoadout data deletion request”.
Tell us the email address or profile name associated with your goLoadout account and whether you use email/password, Google, or Facebook to sign in. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or access tokens. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting on the request.
You may request removal of your account, uploaded image views, generated assets, gear metadata and collections, loadouts, warrior profile and avatar, follow relationships, identity activity history, and community content. Deletion requests are currently handled by a service administrator. Deleted information may remain temporarily in expiring backups. Removing public content cannot recall copies previously downloaded by others.
You may also request deletion of character-assistant messages and draft snapshots. Necessary payment and usage records may be retained to resolve billing and fraud issues.
You can also remove goLoadout from your Google or Facebook connected-app settings to revoke provider access. This is separate from deleting data stored in goLoadout.
