goLoadout helps you turn gear photos into 3D assets, save loadouts, and share with the community. Contact hr@kekronconsulting.com with questions about your data.
Account information
Amazon Cognito handles sign-in, account verification, and recovery. If you choose an available Google or Facebook sign-in option, that provider authenticates you and shares the account identifier, name, and email information you authorize. goLoadout uses this information to identify your account and associate your saved work with it. Your Google or Facebook password is not shared with goLoadout.
Content you provide
We store your submitted image views, generation requests, generated models and previews, warrior profile and avatar, saved loadouts, gear categories and tags, collections, provenance, custom metadata, notes, follow relationships, identity activity history, feedback, and community activity. Video frames are selected in your browser; the full original video is not uploaded by the current capture workflow.
How data is used and shared
Account information supports sign-in and your workspace. Uploaded image views and generation instructions are sent to OpenAI and Meshy to analyze and reconstruct your gear. Generated inspection renders can also be sent to OpenAI for cleanup guidance and review. Google or Facebook account information is not used as an input to this generation workflow.
AWS provides application hosting, authentication, storage, backups, and product analytics. We record page routes, developer-defined click targets, sign-in and checkout stages, coarse browser locale and time zone, and technical failures in Amazon CloudWatch. Analytics uses pseudonymous user and browser identifiers; it does not record account email, raw IP address, card information, uploaded asset names, search text, messages, or other typed content. These records help us understand feature use, incomplete signup and checkout flows, and failures. Reveal campaign labels are retained in a first-party cookie for 30 days and carried through sign-in and remixing. Pseudonymous funnel events are also stored in the application database for campaign reporting. Browsers that send a Do Not Track preference do not send browser analytics. The current app does not request access to your Google mail, contacts, or Drive, or your Facebook friends or posts.
Public profiles and community visibility
Publishing a Loadout Reveal makes the selected snapshot, captured hero, display name, and shared gear previews accessible without an account. Remixes link back to the original. Withdrawing a reveal stops future access through goLoadout; copies cached by social platforms may remain.
When you use the paid character assistant, your message, recent conversation context, current draft configuration, and available gear names, identifiers, descriptions, tags, custom metadata and attachment settings, plus front and side character previews when visual context is enabled, are sent to OpenAI to configure and review character edits. The chat does not send the 3D model files, source photos, account email or payment credentials. We store chat requests, enabled preview images, replies, tool calls and results, encrypted model reasoning for the active run, model usage and credit transactions privately to continue conversations, meter usage and resolve failures. Provider requests use storage disabled. Chat edits remain in your draft until you save them.
Profiles, loadouts, and gear each have their own visibility setting and default to private. A public warrior profile can be viewed without signing in. It displays your profile details, avatar, public loadouts and gear, recognition, follower counts, and eligible public activity. Making a profile or loadout public does not automatically make its equipment public. Private collections, custom metadata, provenance notes, and source photos are omitted from public profiles.
Publishing an original asset to the community catalog makes its display model, preview, and public item details available to anyone, independently of your profile visibility. You can withdraw it by unpublishing it or making the item private. Withdrawal stops future access through goLoadout but cannot recall files already downloaded by others.
Content you choose to post, your displayed profile name, selected asset previews, comments, and likes can be visible to other signed-in community members. Community authors may link to their public warrior profile. Your unshared asset collection and feedback history are restricted to your account and service administrators.
Sessions, storage, and retention
Essential cookies support sign-in and keep your session active. Application data is stored in AWS in the US West (Oregon) region. Authentication and generation providers process information through their own services. Saved content remains associated with your account until removed through available controls or an administrative deletion request. Deleted data may remain temporarily in expiring backups.
Your choices
You can update your profile, choose whether to share content, sign out, and revoke the app’s access in your Google or Facebook account settings. Revoking provider access does not automatically delete data already saved in goLoadout. Follow the data-deletion instructions to request removal.
